I. General Provisions
(1) The website is operated in accordance with Sections 5 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and 55 of the German Interstate Broadcasting Treaty (RStV).
(2) Governing Law: The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).

II. Liability
(1) Pursuant to § 7(1) of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), the provider is responsible for its own content on the website in accordance with statutory provisions.
(2) The website contains links to external third-party websites over whose content the provider has no control. At the time the links were created, they were reviewed for potential legal violations, and no illegal content was apparent. The provider cannot reasonably be expected to conduct further checks of the linked pages unless there are indications of legal violations. Any illegal links that come to the provider’s attention will be removed immediately.
