Current information on handling the coronavirus

Safety is our program. We take the concerns and worries of our customers, guests and partners regarding the fear of the spread of the coronavirus (COVID-19) very seriously. As training participants, visitors or exhibitors at our events, you can expect a high level of hygiene precautions. Due to the aggravation of the situation, we have intensified our safety measures for hygiene further.

We follow the recommendations of the relevant authorities (health authorities, ministries) with regard to preventive measures. Since according to their current recommendations a cancellation of conferences and seminars is not necessary, our events take place as scheduled. However, we will of course take special precautionary measures at the events, e.g. provide disinfectants, in order to protect the participants in the best possible way.

Our employees are instructed in general hygiene measures. They will avoid physical contact with you, such as shaking hands. During seminars and conferences, a higher individual distance will be maintained in the rooms when placing the participants. The already high frequency of cleaning will be significantly increased and disinfectants will also be used. The cleaning intervals for toilets and washrooms have been increased. The contact surfaces (including door handles, handrails and switches) on doors and stairs are cleaned several times a day. Hand disinfectants are available at all important points. All visitors are advised to comply with the hygiene rules.

These steps are designed to protect our employees, customers and partners. If each of us makes his or her contribution, we can help reduce the risk for everyone. We are continuously monitoring the situation and will continue to update our approach as soon as information from the authorities becomes available.
