BETA CAE Systems

BETA CAE Systems transformed CAE by introducing revolutionary automation software tools and practices into Simulation and Analysis processes almost 30 years ago.

Committed to our mission to enable engineers to deliver results of high value, we continue to offer state-of-the-art, high-performance software and best-in-class services. Our simulation solutions liberate low risk and high Return-On-Investment innovation.

The ground-breaking technology, the excellent services and our high standards of business ethics are the three pillars on which BETA was founded and grows since then.

Our passion for engineering, our drive for excellence, and our loyalty to customers and partners, are the key ingredients of our success. We first established our reputation in the Automotive sector and now we are proud of the deployment of our software also in the Aerospace, Defence, Biomechanics, Electronics, Energy, and other industries. Our solutions exceed their requirements in all the simulation disciplines, and allow for the development of the right product, for the right market, at the right time.

Newgentechs

Newgentechs is a Spanish SME founded in 2015 by a team of engineers with extensive experience in mechanical testing, passive safety and CAE. It has become a trusted partner in materials characterization for leading companies in the automotive and polymer manufacturing sectors, with a high specialization in impact and fatigue applications. It provides its customers with high quality experimental results, material cards and simulation models tailored to their needs and requirements.

SCALE GmbH

SCALE offers software solutions and IT services for process and simulation data management in the automotive and other industry sectors.
Our core product, SCALE.sdm, is designed to orchestrate the holistic management of simulation and test data within the realm of virtual product development.

In addition to software solutions, our services span software development for process and data management, finite element method development, and numerical optimization for the functional design of vehicle components.

SCALE serves as a development partner for leading automotive companies and actively participates in research projects focused on Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence applications in the automotive industry. Collaborating with top universities and institutes in Germany, we strive for innovation, creativity, and excellence in all our endeavors.

The team at SCALE comprises a blend of experienced CAE engineers and computer scientists dedicated to delivering cutting-edge solutions.

scapos AG

scapos provides sales, marketing and support for advanced software solutions arising in particular from a number of Fraunhofer institutes. The scapos product portfolio includes: optimisation software, computer-aided engineering tools, natural language processing and fast solvers. Its industrial customers range from large corporations to SMEs. Complementing its own activities, scapos works with more than 20 distribution partners worldwide.

At CAE Grand Challenge 2026, scapos will be highlighting: the MpCCI suite (co-simulation and data mapping for complex CAE workflows); ModelCompare, SimCompare and SimExplore (support tools for the comparison of F.E. models and crashworthiness simulation results) and MESHFREE (fluid and continuum mechanics simulations). Furthermore, we will present the performance gains delivered by the SAMG linear solvers within the CAE system “ADVENTURECluster 2025” from Allied Engineering Corporation, Japan.

SIDACT GmbH

Simulation Data Analysis and Compression Technologies
“Big-data” and “numerical simulation results” are the major focal points for SIDACT’s scientific research, development and distribution of applications. In particular,  SIDACT concentrates on
• compressing numerical simulation results for improved usability and
• using advanced math for the analysis of such results for new and enhanced insights.

SIDACT develops, maintains and distributes the following licensed products:
• FEMZIP – Compression of Crash, Structural Analysis, and CFD simulation results by a factor of 10.
• DIFFCRASH – Analysis of instabilities in crash simulation results.
• FemAlyst – AI on simulation results. Automatic event detection based on unsupervised machine learning algorithms.

SIDACT also offers
• Service, support and training for FEMZIP and DIFFCRASH installations and
• Implementation of compression and math analysis modules for current and also other application areas.
Customers of SIDACT include all German automotive companies, two of the three US car manufactures and many of the major European and Asian companies as well as their suppliers and consultants.

SIDACT is a spin-off of Fraunhofer based in Germany founded in August 2012. SIDACT markets, supports and further develops FEMZIP and DIFFCRASH since January 1st, 2013. FEMZIP and DIFFCRASH were developed by members of the Numerical Software department of the Fraunhofer Institute SCAI since 2002. This work was partly funded by the German Ministry for Research and Technology (BMBF) and the European Commission as part of the SIMDAT, AUTOBENCH and AUTO-OPT projects. The copyright for the software versions until 2012 is still owned by Fraunhofer. Six patents are exclusively licensed by SIDACT from Fraunhofer for engineering applications protecting the kernel technologies of its products. Six scientists from Fraunhofer joined SIDACT and work for support and further developments of the SIDACT products.
We like to use advanced math in software products or tailored applications to improve the usability of numerical simulations and gaining further insights from vast amount of numerical simulation results.
Today’s customers of SIDACT are car manufactures from Europe, US, India, China, South Korea and Japan. SIDACT products are supported by local distributors in all of these regions.

In 2016 Sidact GmbH was awarded with the seal of approval „Innovative through research” by the Stifterverband für Deutsche Wissenschaft.
