The "Nonlinear Guideline" is a standard developed by the FKM for static and cyclic strength verification in mechanical engineering and other industries. The new concept for the proof of strength was developed in order to be able to better evaluate locally plastic stressed structures. The "FKM Nonlinear Policy" was published in early 2019.

For the first time, AutoFENA NL enables automated detection based on finite element results using this guideline. AutoFENA NL provides interfaces to ANSYS, ABAQUS and HyperView. Operation and evaluation are carried out within the familiar program environments of the respective FE software.
