With the help of illustrative projects from invenio's everyday life, individual methods and strategies from the area of development have been explained. The focus of the lecture has been not only on methods for creative brainstorming for the conception phase, but also on other methods from the entire product development process - from the definition of the task e.g. by means of specifications, evaluation methods and risk analysis.
