Terms and Conditions

The registration fee excludes VAT. It includes detailed conference proceedings as pdf files on an USB flash drive, lunches and refreshments, the evening reception. The registration fee is due 10 days after invoicing but not later than 7 days before the event. carhs.training gmbh reserves the right to exclude participants, who fail to pay the invoice in time, from the event. Free cancellation is possible until 4 weeks before the beginning of the event. Participants who cancel later than 4 weeks before the event but earlier than 2 weeks before the event are liable for 50% of the registration fee. Participants who cancel later than 2 weeks before the event, or who do not attend, are liable for the entire registration fee. The number of participants is limited. The organizers reserve the right to vary or cancel the event in the light of bookings and to vary the duration and content without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, the organizers will refund all monies paid to the organizers with respect to the event.

Discount for universities and public reasearch institutions 

Universities and public research institutions receive a 40% discount on seminar fees.

Liability

Naturally the lecturers express their personal opinions, and information and data are published or made available. We cannot assume liability for the content of the information given, or for the data, or for the success of the seminar. We are not liable for the loss of or damage to objects brought to the seminar, unless the damaging of this object can be ascribed to deliberate or negligent behaviour by our employees or other auxiliary persons. We thus kindly ask you to not leave valuables or important materials in the seminar room during breaks. We do not guarantee that the products, procedures and names mentioned in seminars and manuals are free from industrial property rights.

For seminars held by our partner companies only the terms and conditions of our partners apply. 

Applicable law/Jurisdiction

The contract is subject to German law. 

For businessmen in the sense of HGB (German Commercial Code) the following applies: Jurisdiction for all claims and litigations resulting from the contractual relationship, including special procedures deciding claims arising out of a bill of exchange or summary procedures, is Aschaffenburg.
