Andrés Aparicio is Senior Manager of ADAS and Connected and Automated Vehicles at Applus IDIADA. After coursing a masters degree on mechanical engineering at the Polytechnic University of Catalonia, he joined IDIADA in 2005. He has always been involved in the field of active and passive safety, both offering development services for industrial partners and participating in R&D projects, such as APROSYS, ASSESS and AsPeCSS. Since May 2015, he coordinates the PROSPECTs project, funded by the EC and dealing with active safety for vulnerable road users. He also  participates in the Euro NCAP working groups for safety assist features and has been involved in the development of the new AEB and LSS test protocols.

Lead of Humanetics China Active Safety team. Years of experience in ADAS/AD domain, strong knowledge of automotive R&D and test.

Xinli Expert of the Information & Intelligence Division, China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. and IVISTA Youth Index Expert. Responsible for research on real-vehicle scenario evaluation of automated driving systems and accident analysis & reproduction technologies. Developed evaluation systems for intelligent parking systems and accident analysis & reproduction specifications for human-machine co-driving systems. Cumulatively led/participated in 5 standards, published 17 academic papers, and obtained 7 authorized invention patents.

James Jackson is a specialist in automotive human factors and ergonomics. Following from studying human factors design at Loughborough University, he spent the first part of his career working in OEM product development focussing on vehicle usability and cabin design. He joined IDIADA in 2018 and now leads human factors activities, managing user centred design and testing. This involves responsibilities for work alongside industry partners concerning safety and mobility of transportation users, with driver behaviour and condition being of central focus. For Euro NCAP James is a member of the working groups for Occupant Status Monitoring and Human Factors / Human Machine Interaction.

Tianyi Lian is the head of the IAV AD System Department, with extensive experience in the autonomous driving field in both China and Germany. He leads a team of over 50 experts and engineers dedicated to providing comprehensive autonomous driving solutions and services to clients. Tianyi Lian's team possesses deep expertise and rich practical experience in function development, system architecture development, simulation testing, and functional safety. Under his leadership, his team continuously drives technological innovation, helping clients tackle the challenges of autonomous driving technology and achieve their business goals. Tianyi Lian's work extends beyond technical development, as he also collaborates with industry partners to promote the global advancement of autonomous driving technology.

With over 20 years of in-depth experience in reliability engineering, he/she is proficient in establishing the full-process system for reliability R&D, reliability manufacturing, and reliability verification. Possessing both a solid theoretical foundation and practical experience, he/she once won the "Excellent Case in Reliability Technology Application" awarded by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology (MIIT) in 2023.

Senior ADAS engineer, joined IDIADA at 2021, wide project experience in ADAS related GSR homologation, Euro-NCAP Star rating development and AD grading development.

Sample:PhD from the School of Mechanical Engineering, Chongqing University, working at China Automotive Engineering Research Institute Co., Ltd. as a senior engineer for intelligent cockpit testing and evaluation. My research focuses on automotive human factors engineering, human-computer interaction, and driver state recognition evaluation technology. Led the completion of multiple technical research and development tasks, including subjective and objective evaluation of intelligent cockpit, human-machine interaction testing and evaluation, and passenger monitoring testing and evaluation. Responsible for the research of IVISTA Intelligence Index - Intelligent Interaction Sub Index and Crew Monitoring Sub Index. In recent years, I have published over 10 SCI/EI papers and led/participated in 3 related standards.
