UTAC announces a major expansion of its worldwide facilities, reinforcing its commitment to supporting its clients through the new era of electrified, autonomous and sustainable mobility. In the United Kingdom, UTAC has further enhanced its Millbrook and Leyland sites to meet growing demand for electrification and driveline innovation.

The new Toyota Yaris Cross achieved an impressive performance in the assessment, earning a 5-Star ASEAN NCAP rating with an accumulated score of 83.02 points. Commissioned by the Dutch Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management SWOV conducted a study into mode confusion: the uncertainty and misunderstandings that can arise about who has what control over the driving task at a given moment. The driver or the vehicle? This can lead to safety problems due to the increasing number of vehicle systems that support or even take over the driving task, while the driver must remain alert in the event of a system failure or (imminent) system deactivation.
