VIRTUAL simulates Rear Impact with the ViVA Human Body Model

The ViVA model is a full human body model representing an average female. The animation shows the result of a rear impact simulation using the ViVA model. In the VIRTUAL project this model will be further developed by adding active muscles to the neck, i.e. muscles that generate forces in a similar way as in a real human.
