Dierk Arp is Executive Director and shareholder of MESSRING since 2001. After getting his diploma in electrical and communications engineering from the Technische Universität München Dierk Arp founded his own company focused on medical imaging and software development. With this company and later as shareholder of MESSRING he was involved in the design of data acquisition hardware and control software for passive safety systems since 1989.

Dr. Alexander Besch studied mathematics in Braunschweig and Brighton. He has been employed at Volkswagen AG since 2000. Initially, he worked in the IT area. Since 2006, he has been working in technical development in the area of pedestrian protection simulation.

David Blauth studied physics at the Humboldt University in Berlin and received his doctorate at the same university in 2010. Since 2011 he is responsible for model development at ATD-MODELS GmbH. In this function he has been in charge of the development of the FE model of the new leg impactor aPLI since 2018.

仿真领域从业经验 12 年+，ANSA/META 应用和开发经验 8 年+。 曾带领团队完成多个项目开发，涉及多款车型的整车结构设计与改型工作。对整车结构碰撞、约束系统以及行人保护等方面的自动化前后处理流程有深入研究。

Rainer Hoffmann先生长期从事汽车安全领域的工作。早年在美国韦恩州立大学生物力学中心Albert King教授的研究小组从事研究工作，并获得美国韦恩州立大学的学位。毕业后在德国保时捷汽车公司工作多年，从事交通事故研究、模拟仿真、碰撞试验等工作。随后加入法国ESI集团，主导将先进仿真技术应用于气囊折叠、展开和假人模拟仿真。而后加入德国PARS公司（现德国大陆集团汽车安全部门），担任模拟计算部门主管，主导了第一代侧气囊的开发工作。1994年创立EASi Engineering工程咨询服务公司，2006年公司更名为carhs.training GmbH。Hoffmann先生在汽车安全领域发表过多篇有影响力的论文，拥有多个德国和国际专利。

James Jackson is a specialist in automotive human factors and ergonomics. Following from studying human factors design at Loughborough University, he spent the first part of his career working in OEM product development focussing on vehicle usability and cabin design. He joined IDIADA in 2018 and now leads human factors activities, managing user centred design and testing. This involves responsibilities for work alongside industry partners concerning safety and mobility of transportation users, with driver behaviour and condition being of central focus. For Euro NCAP James is a member of the working groups for Occupant Status Monitoring and Human Factors / Human Machine Interaction.

Dr. Francisco J. Lopez-Valdes is Associate Professor of Mechanical Engineering at Universidad Pontificia Comillas (Spain). He is the director of MOBIOS, the laboratory of Mobility, Biomechanics and Health Studies of Comillas. Dr. Lopez-Valdes’ research focuses on occupant protection and biomechanics. He received his doctoral degree from the University of Virginia (Center for Applied Biomechanics) and is a former Marie Curie International Incoming Fellow. Dr. Lopez-Valdes is the secretary of the IRCOBI Council and currently serves as President of the Association for the Advancement of Automotive Medicine (AAAM).

Dr. Jiming Lv is graduated from Jilin University under the supervision of Professor Guo Konghui, the academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He is proficient in vehicle dynamic performance development, testing and regulation, and has years of experiences in vehicle development, turning and test equipment research and development before Digauto. Currently, as the CTO of Digauto, Dr. Lv focuses on intelligent vehicle testing method, simulated test environment construction and key technologies of vehicle-and-traffic-in-the-loop test platform. He keeps contributing innovative solutions and schemes in China intelligent vehicle testing scenario database development, automated scenario based simulation and road tests and safety performance evaluation system.

Jean-Baptiste Mouillet is the multiphysics solutions Director at Altair Engineering. He has been working for 20 years on RADIOSS as multiphysics, defense applications, FSI and composites expert in collaboration with clients from defense, aeronautic and automotive industries. As such, he is very familiar in projects involving the coupling of multiple physical solutions and developing methods to properly and efficiently take into account simultaneously several physical phenomena. Since 2017, he is in charge of the multiphysics solver solutions in Altair. As such, he has been working on Electric Motor multiphysics optimization involving Thermal, NVH, structural and electromagnetic phenomenon, fluid structure interactions, high frequency electromagnetism – thermal coupling, and batteries thermal calculation at all moments of their life cycles. He is also involved in the specification and development of software solutions which, while still physically accurate, provide a user friendly and easy to use environment.

Ralf Reuter studied mechanical engineering and business administration at the technical universities of Darmstadt and Eindhoven. Since 1997 he has worked for carhs in various management positions. He deals with vehicle safety issues intensively, in particular with the latest developments in rules and regulations as well as consumer testing. As he is in charge of the SafetyWissen which has been published by carhs for many years, he keeps his knowledge up-to-date and profits from the inputs of carhs' trainer and expert network.

获得同济大学土木工程学士学位，德国卡尔斯鲁厄尔理工学院(KIT)的土木工程硕士学位(Dipl.-Ing.)， 2003年在上海同济城市规划设计研究院工作了2年，从事综合交通规划以及交通模型建模的工作。从2006年起至今，一直在PTV中国分公司工作，具有丰富的产品应用和培训以及业务拓展的经验，使得PTV的软件覆盖了中国大陆所有的省份，目前担任公司的总经理职位。积累了十几年在交通领域宏观、微观交通仿真建模的项目经验和丰富的市场经验，随着公司新战略方向的拓展，也致力于PTV VISSIM软件和VISWALK软件在无人驾驶的仿真交通环境创建方面以及主动安全测试方面的应用推广。

Kewal’s career spans over 25 years in Product Management, Product Marketing, and the Product Life Cycle roles in companies such as Siemens, TomTom, HERE, KPN and Dow Jones. He is a graduate of the UK’s Royal Air Force Technical College where he studied Electro-Mechanical Engineering. Prior to his business career, he served 15 years on various military assignments and locations.

Philipp Toelke is general manager of the Seattle Safety Germany GmbH which is a 100% daughter company of Seattle Safety LLC in Seattle. Philipp is responsible for the European market and works very close with the engineering in Seattle at the development and market introduction of new Seattle Safety products. Philipp has a diploma degree in Engineering from Braunschweig University (Germany) and he worked in the field of vehicle safety for the last 17 years.

Michiel van Ratingen, PhD, PDEng, Msc (1966) studied at the Eindhoven University of Technology in the Eindhoven and the Medical University of Maastricht. Michiel joined TNO Netherlands and completed his PhD at Eindhoven and the Medical University of Maastricht. Michiel joined TNO Automotive in 1995 where he first got involved in vehicle crash safety research and development. In 2005 he joined First Technology Safety Systems (now Humanetics Innovative Solutions) as Technical Director. At FTSS he was responsible for global engineering activities, including design and validation of crash test dummies, dummy sensors and computer models. Since 2007 Michiel is acting Secretary General of the European New Car Assessment Program Euro NCAP in Leuven, Belgium. He implemented the organisation’s recent rating scheme updates, including the introduction of crash avoidance technology testing. He is a technical advisor to the Global NCAP and Latin NCAP programmes.

Wang Hong is Research Associate Professor at Tsinghua University. She received the Ph.D. degree in Beijing Institute of Technology, Beijing, China, in 2015. From the year 2015 to 2019, she was working as a Research Associate of Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering with the University of Waterloo. Her research focuses on the safety of the on-board AI algorithm, the safe decision-making for intelligent vehicles, and the test and evaluation of SOTIF. She has published over 60 papers on top international journals. Her domestic and foreign academic part-time includes the associate editor for IEEE Intelligent Transportation Systems, IEEE Transactions on Vehicular Technology and IEEE Transactions on Intelligent Vehicles, Young Communication Expert of Engineering.

王大勇，男，1995年毕业于吉林工业大学，在上汽集团创新研究开发总院（原上汽技术中心）任职18年，具备丰富的车身开发、安全集成和安全测试工作经验.

毕业于上海交通大学，工程力学专业。2004年加入Altair公司，先后担任技术支持工程师，项目工程师，项目经理等职位。现担任工程总监一职，全面负责工程咨询和数据分析业务在中国区的推广和实施。

伍有文，男，36岁，英斯特朗（上海）试验设备贸易有限公司高级应用工程师。自动化控制相关工作经验14年，具备丰富的加速碰撞模拟设备的应用经验，能够结合相关法规、企规和研发需求，为客户提供专业的台车应用技术支持。在职期间独立完成15个加速台车的调试工作，并在2016年和2019年分别到捷克的南德认证检测（TÜV）和美国国家航空研究院（NIAR）进行台车调试的技术支持。

周青，清华大学车辆与运载学院教授，中国汽车工程学会汽车安全技术分会主任委员，《国际冲击工程学报》（IJIE）副主编，国际损伤生物力学学会（IRCOBI）理事。周青本科毕业于北京大学，并获得麻省理工学院博士学位，1994至2003年期间分别在美国通用汽车公司研发中心和美国联邦政府交通部Volpe中心工作，2003年到清华大学任教。其研究领域为汽车安全、人体碰撞保护、材料和结构碰撞大变形失效、电动汽车和电池碰撞安全等。

朱光先生是重庆麦斯睿恩科技有限公司的总经理，该公司是MESSRING GmbH的全资子公司，在2004年到2013年期间，他供职于重庆长安汽车股份有限公司并担任碰撞测试部门主管的职务。他获得了重庆大学车辆工程工程硕士学位和华中科技大学工程力学学士学位。 他也是重庆大学的工商管理硕士。

Mr. Hangbin Zhu is the senior technical consultant of Siemens Industrial Software (Shanghai) Co., LTD. He has solid experiences in engineering and technology development of automotive impact, such as occupant safety, active and passive integrated safety, child restraint system, pedestrian protection, traffic accident analysis, etc.

1998年入职中国汽车技术研究中心，历任试验所实车碰撞室主任，试验所碰撞部部长，汽车测评管理中心试验管理部部长，2020年12月担任汽车测评管理中心副主任，2022年5月份主持汽车测评管理中心全面工作。

卜晓兵博士, 就职中国汽车技术研究中心，任碰撞试验分析室主任，从事被动安全开发和虚拟测评研究工作，发表SCI论文8篇，EI论文20余篇，具有丰富的理论知识和工程开发经验，目前主要从事被动安全虚拟测评、主被动安全一体化虚拟测评等技术研究和规程制定工作；
