The SafetyCompanion 2023 is now available

carhs.training publishes the PDF version of the SafetyCompanion 2023. It once again provides an up-to-date and comprehensive overview of the global requirements in vehicle safety. The so-called SafetyWissen (Safety Knowledge) has again been completely updated and expanded in many places. For example, the new Euro NCAP protocols for 2023 have been included, the JNCAP and KNCAP ratings have been updated and TNCAP has been added.

New Frontal Crash Test spotlights Back-seat Safety

article imageThe Insurance Institute for Highway Safety is updating its longest-running crash test, the moderate overlap front evaluation, to address a growing gap in the protection provided for front and rear occupants. In the first tests, only two out of 15 small SUVs, the Ford Escape and Volvo XC40, protect the rear occupant well enough to earn a good rating.

Ansys and DYNAmore sign Definitive Acquisition Agreement

Honda unveils Honda Sensing 360 Next-generation Technologies

Funding secured for further Knowledge Creation in Connected and Cooperative Automated Mobility
