Humanetics supports CATARC to advance Understanding of Occupant Behavior in AEB Scenarios

AI-SAFe: Research Project develops adaptive Safety Systems for Vehicles

article imageHow can vehicles better protect occupants in the future? The research project "AI-SAFe - Adaptive Occupant Safety for Automated Driving", which started at THI at the beginning of 2026, is dedicated to this question. The aim of the project, which will run until the end of 2028, is to further develop restraint systems such as airbags and seatbelts so that they adapt to the accident situation and occupants in real time, thereby effectively reducing injuries.

EU plan to freeze Safety Rules for small Electric Cars Risks Two-tier System, warns ETSC

Real-time impaired Driving Detection powered by SAFER's long-term Data
